Ravishing Radish Salad
- 24 Radishes (thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 6 green onions
- 1/2 cup fennel (thinly sliced)
- 6 fresh basil leaves (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp champagne wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Place radishes in a large bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper (toss to coat)
- Add onions, fennel, basil, and dill.
- In a small bowl; whisk the oil, vinegar, honey, and garlic.
- Pour the mixture over the salad and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Sprinkle walnuts and enjoy :)
