Peanut Butter Cheesecake Recipe

  1. Whip cream cheese at low speed till soft and fluffy.
  2. Beat in sugar and peanut butter at medium speed.
  3. Slowly add in lowfat milk and fold topping into mix.
  4. Turn mix into prepared pie shell and sprinkle with the finely minced nuts.
  5. Freeze till hard.
  6. Remove pie from freezer 1/2 hour before cutting and serving.
  7. The amounts of creamed cheese and peanut butter may be changed to suit your taste.
