Meat/Kabob Grill Recipe
- 2 lbs. meat (cut, beef or possibly lamb)
- 1 (16 ounce.) Italian oil and vinegar dressing
- 4 to 6 tomatoes, quartered
- 1 to 2 green peppers cut into 1 1/2 inch squares
- 1/4 to 1/2 pound mushrooms

- Place cubed meat in a bowl and cover with Italian dressing allowing to marinade in refrigerator for minimum of 3 hrs.
- Assemble vegetables, making sure to remove stems from mushrooms.
- Place meat and vegetables on skewer.
- Cook 8 to 10 min before turning skewers.
- Additional 8 to 10 min additional cooking time may be increased or possibly decreased.
- Baste each side once with leftover dressing.
- Serves 4.
