Meat/Kabob Grill Recipe

  1. Place cubed meat in a bowl and cover with Italian dressing allowing to marinade in refrigerator for minimum of 3 hrs.
  2. Assemble vegetables, making sure to remove stems from mushrooms.
  3. Place meat and vegetables on skewer.
  4. Cook 8 to 10 min before turning skewers.
  5. Additional 8 to 10 min additional cooking time may be increased or possibly decreased.
  6. Baste each side once with leftover dressing.
  7. Serves 4.
