• 1 medium ripe banana, cut in half lengthwise then thinly sliced
• 12 cup Smucker's Simple DelightTM Chocolate Coconut Flavored Topping
• whipped cream
• 14 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted

1. PLACE 1 small scoop ice cream into each of 12 (2 oz.)
2. mini clear plastic or glass parfait cups.
3. TOP each with 1 tablespoon cookie crumbs.
4. Divide banana evenly into parfait cups.
5. Drizzle each with 1 rounded teaspoon topping.
6. TOP with whipped cream.
7. Sprinkle with coconut.
8. Serve immediately.
