Veg All Chicken Pop Pie Recipe
- 2 cans Campbell cream of potato soup
- 16 ounce. can Veg-All, liquid removed
- 2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 nine inch frzn Pillsbury pie crusts
- Combine first 6 ingredients and spoon into prepared pie crust.
- Cover with top crust.
- Crimp edges to seal.
- Slit top crust and brush with egg if you like.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 40 min or possibly till done.
