Herb's French Toast

  1. Preheat griddle over medium heat In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, sugar until creamy.
  2. Add vanilla and cinnamon and mix well.
  3. Spray griddle or skillet with non stick oil.
  4. Dip bread slices one at a time in mixture then, place on the pan.
  5. Cook until golden brown on each side, turning only once.
  6. Serve warm with maple syrup or fresh fruit.
