Mini-Pitas With Cheddar, Feta, and Olives

  1. Coarsely grate cheddar cheese.
  2. Crumble up feta cheese and combine with grated cheddar.
  3. Add olive oil, olives, and oregano.
  4. Season with pepper and mix.
  5. Slice open pita pockets halfway.
  6. Scoop mixture into pita pockets and press down.
  7. Place in toaster oven (a few minutes) or microwave (30-90 seconds) until cheese melts.
