Layered Seafood Dip

  1. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions and Old Bay.
  2. Spread in the bottom of a 10" round platter or pie plate.
  3. Spread the coktail sauce over cream chees mixture.
  4. Mix and flake crabmeat together with the shrimp (or use all crabmeat) and sprinkle over cocktal sauce.
  5. Top with the parmesan cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Best if chilled for about 4 hours prior to serving.
