Layered Seafood Dip
- 16 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 12 cup sliced green onion
- 12 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 cup seafood cocktail sauce
- 8 ounces lump crabmeat, use real stuff
- 8 ounces baby shrimp
- 12 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions and Old Bay.
- Spread in the bottom of a 10" round platter or pie plate.
- Spread the coktail sauce over cream chees mixture.
- Mix and flake crabmeat together with the shrimp (or use all crabmeat) and sprinkle over cocktal sauce.
- Top with the parmesan cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
- Best if chilled for about 4 hours prior to serving.
