Double OREO Roll

  1. Pour milk into medium bowl.
  2. Add dry pudding mix.
  3. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.
  4. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  5. Spread about 1 Tbsp.
  6. pudding mixture onto each cookie.
  7. Begin stacking cookies together, standing on edge on serving platter to make a log.
  8. Frost with remaining pudding mixture.
  9. Refrigerate overnight.
  10. Cut diagonally into 12 slices to serve.
  11. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
