Barbecued Pork Recipe

  1. Split pork loin in half lengthwise.
  2. Place in Barbecued Pork Marinade to cover & marinate overnight in refrigerator.
  3. Preheat oven to 400.
  4. Place wire rack above roasting pan.
  5. Place meat on rack & bake 40 minutes.
  6. in oven.
  7. Remove & let cold well.
  8. Slice pork thinly & arrange on platter.
  9. Top w/ toasted sesame seeds & serve w/ prepared Colman's Mustard.
  10. MARINADE: Mix all ingredients together.
