Creamy Mashed Potatoes With Chives

  1. Place potatoes in a Dutch oven, and cover with water; bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes or until tender; drain.
  3. Return potatoes to pan; add the milk and salt.
  4. Mash the potato mixture with a potato masher to desired consistency.
  5. Add the cheese, and stir until blended.
  6. Simply Delicious!
