Almost Fudge
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 ounce baker's unsweetened chocolate
- 6 (1 g) packets artificial sweetener
- 14 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
- Melt the cream cheese and peanute butter in your microwave for about 2 minutes in 1 minute intervals.
- Melt the chocolate in a separate bowl until creamy.
- Combine together in a mixing bowl and whisk in sweetener and cream.
- Pour.
- into a glass pan sprayed with non-stick spray and chill.
