Broccoli Biscuit Roll Ups Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cook broccoli.
  3. On floured surface, roll each biscuit into a 5 inch circle.
  4. Divide broccoli into 10 spears.
  5. Arrange 2 spears on center of each biscuit.
  6. Top with rounded Tbsp.
  7. ham; fold and healthy pinch biscuit over mix to seal.
  8. Place biscuits, seam side up, on ungreased cookie sheet.
  9. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 min till golden.
  10. Prepare cheese sauce by stirring flour and mustard into about 2 Tbsp.
  11. butter till smooth.
  12. Gradually stir in lowfat milk; cook, stirring till thickened and smooth.
  13. Stir in cheese and mushrooms.
  14. Cook, stirring till cheese is melted.
  15. Serve warm roll-ups with sauce.
  16. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
