Chicken Strips
- 3 lbs (1.4 kg) boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 c lemon juice
- 2 T soy sauce
- 3/4tsp salt
- 1 c flour
- 1 tsp (5 ml) pepper
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) paprika
- vegetable oil
- Cut chicken into 3 x 1 inch strips and place in a shallow dish.
- Combine the lemon juice, soy sauce and salt; pour over chicken.
- Cover and marinate at least 30 minutes.
- Combine flour, pepper, salt and paprika.
- Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture, and fry in hot oil (375 degrees) until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towel.
