Mac and Cheese Croquettes

  1. Prepare Dinners in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting half each of the margarine and milk.
  2. Add shredded cheese, wieners, flour and 1 egg; mix well.
  3. Spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate 20 min.
  5. Whisk remaining eggs and water until blended.
  6. Place bread crumbs in shallow bowl.
  7. Shape Dinner mixture into 24 balls, using 1/4 cup Dinner mixture for each.
  8. Roll, 1 at a time, in eggs then in crumbs.
  9. Return to prepared baking sheet.
  10. Discard any remaining eggs and bread crumbs.
  11. Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat to 350 degrees F. Add macaroni and cheese balls, in batches; cook 2 to 3 min.
  12. or until golden brown, turning occasionally.
  13. Remove from oil with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
  14. Mix mayo and hot sauce.
  15. Serve with warm croquettes.
