Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

• 1 pkg. lowfat sour cream chocolate cake mix (or possibly any chocolate cake mix)
• 1/2 c. veg. oil
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 c. (6 ounce.) chocolate chips
• 1/2 c. minced nuts (optional)
• 1/2 c. coconut (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Blend cake mix, oil and Large eggs.
3. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts and coconut.
4. Drop by rounded tsp.
5. on a greased cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 min (even if they don't look done, take out of oven).
7. Cold on cookie sheet on a wire rack.
8. When hard, remove from cookie sheet.
9. Two dozen large or possibly 4 dozen small cookies.
