Chicken with plum chutney

  1. Fry chicken in olive oil till done, set aside
  2. Fry onion and pepper flakes till onion is translucent
  3. Add remaining ingreadians pluss 1)4 cup water to pan.
  4. Simmer on low for about 8min.
  5. I like to serve over rice
