Apple Pie Filling Recipe

  1. Yield: 6qts, or possibly 12 pts
  2. Stir into 10 c. water, and cook over med heat until thick and bubbly.
  3. Add in 3 tsp lemon juice, and pour over apples.
  4. Leave 1 inch head space.
  5. Water bath 20 minutes for quarts, and 15 minutes for pints.
