Family Favorite Pizza Crust
- 2- 1/4 teaspoons Instant Yeast (I Use SAF)
- 1/2 teaspoons Brown Or White Sugar
- 1- 1/2 cup Warm Water
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3-13 cups Flour (can Use Part Whole Wheat)
- Mix yeast, sugar, and water and let sit 1-2 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients, using enough flour to make a soft dough.
- Knead a few times.
- Roll out on a large greased cookie sheet that has been sprinkled with cornmeal.
- (I use two pans and make 2 pizzas that are about 10-12 across.)
- Poke dough all over with a fork.
- Bake at 475 for about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from oven and spread with sauce.
- Add cheese and your favorite toppings and bake for 10-12 more minutes or till crust is golden and cheese is melted.
