Tomato and Basil Spread

  1. In a bowl, add garlic, tomato paste, sugar, salt, pepper, thyme and oregano and mix until combined.
  2. Stir in fresh basil leaves.
  3. While stirring, drizzle in two tablespoons of olive oil.
  4. Mix in the Greek yogurt.
  5. Refrigerate until you are ready to use it.
  6. Serve with Italian crackers, celery, bread sticks, use as a sandwich spread or smear on a baguette.
