Cheddar-Jalapeno Scalloped Potatoes

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 20 min.
  3. or just until tender; drain.
  4. Cool.
  5. Peel and slice potatoes.
  6. Whisk flour and milk in large bowl.
  7. Stir in sour cream and peppers.
  8. Add potatoes; stir to coat.
  9. Pour into 2-qt.
  10. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
  11. Bake 25 to 30 min.
  12. or until heated through.
