Broccoli
- 1 pkg. Chicken-in-Biscuit crackers, crushed
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 slices velveeta cheese
- Mix crackers and butter together.
- Place half of mixture in bottom of 8x8-inch pan, reserve other half for later.
- Cook broccoli according to direction on package.
- Drain.
- Stir together the soup and broccoli.
- Spread over crumb mixture.
- Place cheese slices over broccoli.
- Crumble the remaining crumbs over cheese.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until top is browned.
