Barbecue Flank Steak Recipe
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1 green onion, minced
- 1 lg. garlic clove, crushed
- 1 1/2 pound flank steak, trimmed
- Combine first 7 ingredients.
- Place steak in large baking dish and pour marinade over steak.
- Cover and chill overnight, turning twice.
- Prepare barbecue - grill steak desired doneness 4-5 min per side for rare.
- Slice into thin strips across grain.
