Pork and Veggie Stir-Fry
- 220 g rice stick noodles, uncooked
- 1 pork tenderloin (1 lb./450 g)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 3 cups matchlike carrot sticks
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- Prepare noodles as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, cut meat into 1/2-inch-thick slices, then cut each slice into thin strips.
- Heat oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add meat; stir-fry 3 min.
- Add carrots and celery; stir-fry 2 to 3 min.
- or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add dressing and soy sauce; stir-fry 2 min.
- or until heated through.
- Serve noodles topped with meat mixture.
