Cubed Beef And Dressing Casserole Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onions and celery in butter till tender.
  2. Combine with bread cubes, sage, beef stock and pepper.
  3. Pour into greased 12 x 20 x 2 pans.
  4. Add in cubed beef to top of cubes.
  5. Mix soup with lowfat milk.
  6. Pour over beef.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs, cover if necessary to prevent drying and over browning.
