Granola Recipe
- 3 cups regular oats (not quick-cook)
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup dried apricots (chopped)
- 1/4 cup canola or sunflower oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Heat oven to 300 degrees.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly combine ingredients.
- Transfer mixture evenly onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- Use a spoon to toss ingredients and bake for another 20 mins.
- Cool completely and transfer to storage jar.
- Enjoy with milk or yoghurt.
