Shredded Cabbage Soup Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 3 qt ovenware casserole.
  2. Cover.
  3. Cook 5 to 7 min or possibly till cabbage is tender.
  4. Serve warm.
  5. TIP: Cabbage will still be crispy.
  6. If you prefer it softer, cook longer.
  7. Total cooking time - 5 to 7 min.
  8. Recipe yields: 4 servings.
