Mandy's Sweet Fire Wings
- 2 lb Chicken
- 2 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dijjon mustard
- 1 dash sesame seed oil
- 1 1/4 cup Louisiana hot sauce
- 1/2 cup Heinz ketchup
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- pre heat oil to high heat.... medium high for thicker wings...
- wash chicken thoroughly
- fry chicken until they float... no need to season or bread just make sure they're dry by blotting with paper towels
- mix all ingredients into sauce pan and reduce until bubbles become thick and syrupy.
- place fried chicken on paper towel lined baking pan.
- once all chicken is done pour the cooled glaze over the wings and put into pre heated oven on 425 for 10 minutes
- strain wings in a big pasta strainer and put finished wings in a bowl.
- enjoy!
