Farmhouse Recipe Octopus Ajillo

  1. Thinly slice the garlic into about 2 mm thick and the octopus into 5 mm thick.
  2. Put the olive oil and garlic in a saucepan.
  3. Cook over a medium heat.
  4. When the garlic releases its aroma, add the octopus and salt.
  5. Simmer for about 1 minute.
  6. It's ready to serve.
  7. Dip the baguette in this oil and enjoy.
