Best Beef Brisket

  1. Mix all ingredients and marinate the brisket in a zip lock bag overnight.
  2. Next Day: Pour off liquid, sprinkle meat generously with paprika.
  3. Wrap in heavy aluminum foil.
  4. Bake 250 degrees for 4 to 5 hours.
  5. (Alternately, put in crockpot)
  6. Cool completely, slice thinly against the grain.
  7. Prepare sauce.

  9. Put meat back into crockpot or oven safe container.
  10. Pour sauce over meat and bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees, or heat thoroughly in the crockpot
