Iced Coffee and Chocolate Pie

  1. Into a blender container, pour 1/4 cup cold milk.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over milk and mix on low.
  3. Let stand 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Add hot milk; cover and process on low until gelatin dissolves; about 2 minutes.
  5. Add sugar, coffee granules, liqueur and ice cream.
  6. Cover and process until smooth.
  7. Pour into crust.
  8. Chill at least 2 hours.
  9. Garnish with whipped topping and chocolate curls, if desired.
