Haricots Verts a la Vapeur

• 3/4 pound haricots verts (French-style thin green beans, available at specialty produce markets) or green beans, trimmed

1. In a steamer set over a saucepan of boiling water steam the beans, covered, for 3 to 6 minutes, or until they are just tender.
