Easy Udon Noodles with Butter and Soy sauce
- 2 Frozen udon noodle
- 20 grams Butter
- 1 as much (to taste) Finely chopped green onions
- 1 as much (to taste) Dashi soy sauce
- 1 as much (to taste) Grated cheese
- 1 Shredded nori seaweed
- 1 pinch Pepper
- Place the butter on a plate.
- Cook the frozen udon noodles for about 1 or 2 minutes.
- Once the noodles have cooked, put them in the dish with the butter.
- Mix gently to combine with butter, then sprinkle the grated cheese.
- Add the shredded nori, chopped green onions and pepper, and pour in the dashi soy sauce.
