Raspberry - Glazed Wings
- 34 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 14 cup cider vinegar
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 16 chicken wings (3lbs)
- In saucepan, combine jam, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and pepper.Boil 1 minute.
- Coat wings, let stand 4 hours in refrigerator.
- Line 15-by-10-by-1 inch pan with greased foil.
- Bake wings at 375 for 30 minutes, turning once and brushing with marinade.
- Also very good grilled!
