Turkey Stew With Dumplings

  1. Melt margarine in large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and celery; cook, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender.
  3. Add turkey, cabbage, tomatoes, beans, broth, thyme and salt.
  4. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  5. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
