Chocolate Texas Sheet Cake

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cake: Mix flour, sugar and salt in large bowl; set aside.
  3. Microwave water, butter and chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  4. ; stir.
  5. Microwave 2 min.
  6. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute.
  7. Add to flour mixture; mix well.
  8. Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda and vanilla; beat with mixer 1 min.
  9. or until blended.
  10. Pour into 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  11. Bake 18 to 20 min.
  12. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  13. Meanwhile, start to prepare Frosting after 15 min.
  14. Frosting: Microwave butter, chocolate and milk in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  15. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute.
  16. Add remaining ingredients; beat with mixer until blended.
  17. Spread immediately onto warm cake.
  18. Cool completely before serving.
