Barbecue Chicken Sandwich

  1. Mix barbecue sauce and mustard until well blended.
  2. Preheat grill on medium-high.
  3. Grill chicken 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through; keep warm.
  4. For each serving: Spread each cut side of roll with 1 Tbsp.
  5. of the mustard mixture; fill with 1 chicken breast, 1 process cheese slice and 1 lettuce leaf.
  6. Serve immediately.
