Barbecue Chicken Sandwich
- 1-1/2 qt. BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
- 3-1/3 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 72 each boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz.)
- 72 rolls kaiser rolls, split
- 72 slices KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Slice
- 72 each leaf lettuce leaves
- Mix barbecue sauce and mustard until well blended.
- Preheat grill on medium-high.
- Grill chicken 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through; keep warm.
- For each serving: Spread each cut side of roll with 1 Tbsp.
- of the mustard mixture; fill with 1 chicken breast, 1 process cheese slice and 1 lettuce leaf.
- Serve immediately.
