Samantha's Jambalaya

  1. In a large Dutch oven or stockpot, heat the oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, garlic and bell peppers and saute 1015 minutes until the onions are soft.
  3. Add the sausages to the pan and saute for about 5 minutes longer.
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients.
  5. Stir to mix well, cover and simmer over low heat for about 90 minutes.
  6. Serve over rice.
