Rocky Road Sauce

• 12 cup water
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 18 teaspoon salt
• 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 12 cup miniature marshmallow
• 14 cup chopped toasted walnuts

1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
2. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Remove pan from heat and cool to lukewarm.
4. Stir in vanilla extract.
5. Stir in marshmallows and nuts.
6. Serve lukewarm or cold.
