Spring Pea Dip with artichokes & mint

  1. In a food processer add the peas, artichokes hearts, 1 teaspoon saved oil from artichokes,feta cheese,mint,lemon juice olive oil or tahini and the garlic.
  2. Process until chunky and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cover and chill before serving.
