Crunchy Caramel Chocolate Chews

  1. Melt margarine with molasses over low heat.
  2. Stir in rice chex; press into 9-inch square pan.
  3. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
  4. Melt caramels with milk in heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth.
  5. Pour over crust; sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
  6. Cool; cut into squares or bars.
