New Year Appetizers

  1. Cream butter, brown sugar, soya sauce and ginger to make a dough-like paste.
  2. Add more brown sugar if too sticky.
  3. Form into small balls, and insert a water chestnut into each ball.
  4. Wrap each ball with a small 1/2 slice of bacon.
  5. Broil until bacon crisps.
  6. Serve hot!
  7. These disappear fast!
  8. Amount varies depending on how many water chestnuts are in a can.
