Sweet and Sour Fiddleheads

  1. Cook fiddleheads in boiling salted water for 12 - 15 min or until just tender.
  2. Drain and place in a serving dish.
  3. Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring just to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Pour this sauce over the cooked fiddleheads in the serving bowl.
  6. Serve immediately.
