Low Fat Granola
- 4 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 12 cup shredded coconut
- 14 cup sunflower seeds
- 12 cup jam, honey or 12 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, cherries)
- Heat oven 350 degrees F. In bowl mix all ingredients except dried fruit.
- Pour onto foil lines broiler pan.
- Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown tossing once.
- Add fruit and let cool.
- Keep in air tight container.
