Garden Tuna Melt
- 12 oz. canned white tuna in water, drained
- 1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 medium tomato, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds
- 4 slices KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 4 cups fresh or frozen green beans
- 1 Tbsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 4 cups red or green grapes

- 32 fl oz (4 cups) , favorite flavor
- Mix tuna, green peppers, tomatoes, onions, mayonnaise and oregano.
- Spoon tuna mixture onto pita rounds; top with 2% Milk Singles.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Broil 1 to 2 min.
- or until 2% Milk Singles are melted.
- Steam green beans; top with margarine, and lemon juice; season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.
- COMPLEMENT each meal with 1 cup grapes and 1 cookie for dessert.
- Serve with 8 fl oz CRYSTAL LIGHT per person.
