Garden Tuna Melt

  1. Mix tuna, green peppers, tomatoes, onions, mayonnaise and oregano.
  2. Spoon tuna mixture onto pita rounds; top with 2% Milk Singles.
  3. Place on baking sheet.
  4. Broil 1 to 2 min.
  5. or until 2% Milk Singles are melted.
  6. Steam green beans; top with margarine, and lemon juice; season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.
  7. COMPLEMENT each meal with 1 cup grapes and 1 cookie for dessert.
  8. Serve with 8 fl oz CRYSTAL LIGHT per person.
