Alligator Sauce Piquant Iii Recipe

  1. Saute/fry alligator cubes till tender.
  2. In a separate pan, make a roux by veg.
  3. oil and flour over low heat till medium-brown, or possibly 1 small can of tomato paste may be used as a substitute for roux mix.
  4. Add in cool water to roux, followed by the remaining ingredients and alligator.
  5. Simmer approximately 1 hour and serve over cooked rice.
