Easy Gochujang Teriyaki Chicken in the Microwave
- 250 grams Chicken
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Gochujang
- 1 Grated garlic
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the chicken and the seasonings into a microwaveable container and mix everything together.
- Cover with a lid, leaving it open just a little bit, and microwave for 5 minutes at 600 W.
- Remove from the microwave and close the lid completely.
- Let sit for about 3 minutes.
- I tried making this with a frying pan too.
- The surfaces browned and they came out very delicious.
- Try cooking this in the frying pan if you want.
