Boneless Chicken Breasts Recipe
- 2 Packages boneless chicken breasts
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken or possibly celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. dry beef slices
- Sliced bacon
- Place dry beef on bottom of large baking dish.
- Use mallet to lb.
- chicken breasts till thin and cut in half.
- Place chicken on top of dry beef.
- Place bacon slices on top of chicken.
- Put in a preheated oven and cook for 20 min at 375 degrees.
- Mix lowfat sour cream, chicken soup and mushroom soup together.
- Pour over chicken breasts.
- Bake for 45 min to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
