- 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Fresh Ground Pepper
- 1- 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
- First slice your rack of ribs into 3 or 4 pieces so that theyll fit nicely into your crockpot.
- Next mix together the paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, brown sugar, salt and pepper to make a rub.
- Rub this all over your ribs on both sides.
- Lean the ribs against the side of the cooker with the meatier side on the outside.
- Pour the BBQ sauce all over the ribs to coat them.
- Turn your crockpot on low and let your ribs cook for 7 hours.
- If Im home when Im cooking them then I like to turn them a little part way through.
- I usually flip them upside down.
- Theyll be falling off the bones when theyre ready.
- Enjoy!
