Cheesy Potato Bacon Soup

  1. Wash and cut red potatoes into cubes
  2. Boil in pot of salted water until you can stick a fork through
  3. Meanwhile chop onion and sautAS until soft set aside
  4. Melt butter in large pot and add flour stirring frequently then add milk slowly and stir until smooth and thick add canned soup whisking frequently
  5. Add cheese when sauce starts to thicken and all dried ingredients
  6. Add cooked potatoes (drained ) and sautASed onions and cover on med heat for 35 minutes
  7. Finish off with crumbled bacon and dollop of sour cream.....enjoy
